Things I have to do and to see in Miami and Florida?!?

I am gonna go to South Beach on July 23th for 5 days.

Me and my brother are gonna have a rental car so we will be able to get around! Can you tell me things we have to do! ... like where to snorkel, where to shop, where to Party (I am just 20, so I would be happy,if you could tell me some good Clubs and maybe the address), fun things to do ...

For a list of clubs, events and the best of the best check out Miami New Times. Not sure how accurate the list for Best Of Miami is but it's a start. I use their calendar all the time to find events on the weekends.

You should go shopping at Dadeland Mall!!! It is full of great shops and awesome sales. DOn't miss the Cape FLorida lighthouse and the beautiful beaches. Check out Vizcaya and the gardens!!!Things I have to do and to see in Miami and Florida?!?
Just go sit on the beach, so some sleazy cop can give you his card...Ugh...I am not a fan of Miami or the police in Florida...Did they just become cops so they could hit on tourists and spring breakers?!
