Well. I am attending Broward College and I applied online. But, paid at the school. I know, as far as Broward, they will accept you and everything. But, you will eventually have to pay for the fee. Yes, you still pay the fee. The application fee covers the expense of them doing their background checks, making sure you are who you say you are, and that you have the grades, experiences you say you do. This will be done regardless of how you apply. There should be someplace on line when you turn in the application that lets you pay by credit card.
