NMB is immediately north of NM. NM is heavily black %26amp; Haitian. They are both essentially residential suburbs. Neither is going to be much fun for 18 yr olds. You can live there but you have to drive somewhere else to do anything.Living in North Miami?
the only fun is world famous cheetas club
