What is the best neighborhood in Miami area for a young black woman to live in?

I am originally from Seattle and looking for a big change of pace. I would like to live in an area that is safe, has a lot of things to do in the day %26amp; night, and has convenient amenities around. I'm looking to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom no more than $1200 per month. Any suggestions or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! What is the best neighborhood in Miami area for a young black woman to live in?

Does the fact you're black have any bearing on anything? What is the best neighborhood in Miami area for a young black woman to live in?
Do you want to live in the City of Miami, or in a suburb of Miami anywhere in the Miami area (Dade County) or in a suburb of Miami really close to Miami? If in the City of Miami, if you want complete safety, than definetly Coconut Grove, Brickell, Downtown, Park West, Omni, Midtown, Edgewater, the Roads or any of the areas around there. If you don't have any problems living in normal areas, that isn't a ghetto and crazy crime or anything like that and isn't a super rich Manhattan stuff, than Wynwood, which is really diverse, and really up and coming and right next to Midtown, Upper East Side is nice and diverse, Little Havana but there's a lot of Latins but with Blacks living there as well and also the areas West of Little Havana. From Wynwood to Little Havana and places to the West of it are are nice and normal and diverse, but just like every big city, can be hit with a crime but not dangerous and have to be in fear of your life and they're like your every normal neighborhood in big cities. There are neighborhoods that people call ghetto, there are not nearely as dangerous as other cities like NYC, Chicago and LA and well pretty much most big cities, but they are the "worst" of Miami. And the crime there is rarely violent, just pity crimes. But those neighborhoods are Allapattah (extremely diverse), Overtown (moslty Black, with a few Latins scattered around even some Whites, but in the top of most dangerous), Liberty City (same as Overtown), and Little Haiti, but actually Little Haiti has a really nice area that is gentrifying and Little Haiti has never been that dangerous, some areas are fine but some are on the dangerous side. If you want to live in a suburb, anywhere in Miami Beach as it's all safe and diverse. Pretty much every city in Dade County, the least diverse ones though are the ones in north Dade like Aventura, and such.
