well Miami is NOT cheap lol as an experience SoBe guy i can tell you that you are going need some pocket change. The best clubs are B.E.D. , Mansion and LIV. The best hotels are well there are plenty, personally i reccomend renting out a house but that isnt an option for you. Erm restaurant wise Prime 112 is awesome but $60 a person as are most SoBe restaurants.
