Don't get me wrong, I am actually a die hard Dolphins fan, but i'm just very disapointed in the way Miami has been handling things lately in all aspects. What does everyone else think?Would it be nice to see Culpepper beat the Dolphins?
Yeah I dont think Miami really gave him a fair shake, but its not his fault, the coaching/front office there has been in a meltdown for a couple years now and its going to take one or two more for them to get out of it.
I think it worked out for the best for Daunte though...I was surprised that no other teams with looming QB problems would have made him a better offer once he was released. I know Atlanta sure wishes that he had been available when Vick got indicted....but he really has the perfect situation now, he can play and be the guy in Oakland till Russell is ready, improve his stock with a much improved O-line and a deep corps of skill players, and when his 1 year deal is up he'll be able to test the very open QB market in the offseason.
That being said, I think it would be nice to see him put hwhoopin on Miami, both for a sense of karma, and because I'm a Raiders fan :)Would it be nice to see Culpepper beat the Dolphins?
I always felt Culpepper is better than what the dolphins let him be....now saying he doesn't have a Randy Moss anymore tho so who knows was it the receiver or the QB....i guess will find out. Answering the question....YES it would be nice!
Blame Nick Saban. He just came out recently again saying that he didn't like Culpeppers attitude and didn't get along with him so he didnt' play him and didn't want him on the team. He has a bad reputation for being a loafer and I guess once you get it its hard to get rid of.
These college coaches are used to walking on water and players worship them and in the NFL that wont work.
Culpepper almost got in a fight with Steve Young last year when Young said Culpepper had terrible work ethic by missing meetings. Of course he was just talking and Culpepper confronted him saying he made every meeting and Young later apologized.Would it be nice to see Culpepper beat the Dolphins?
Yeah, it sure would be! I picked the Raiders to win, so I think they really can. Daunte needs it!
I believe Culpepper will beat them, and it will be nice. The Dolphins defense is not playing good football right now. Lamont Jordan is going to light them up, while Dante throes for 2 TD's.
Score:
Raiders 26
Miami 13Would it be nice to see Culpepper beat the Dolphins?
that would be awesome, and it would show the world that he can still play, i have a good feeling he'll get the win.
uh..he was there for only a season..who cares
no because then that would meen the stupid raiders would win...not gonna happen!
That would be beautiful. The Raiders are a lot better than last year. They have an awesome running game and okay receivers. As long as Daunte can control the football he will dominate the Dolphins
