i have lived in miami my WHOLE life well since i came to this country at 4 years old and i'm now 18. i am transferring from FIU to UCLA next semester. SO i leave in august and before i leave i want a list of things that you MUST do in miami. to get the full experience. honestly all ive ever done is go to miami beach....thats it lol.

on vacations ive always gone to disney

so gimme a list of awesome things to do in miami before i leave!This is a pretty ridiculous question?
Moving away is all you need to do. Miami is terribly over-rated, over-crowded, over-priced and over-developed. Leave and you'll never miss it.



I grew up there, lived there for 26 years and learned to hate it so much, I couldn't stand it anymore.This is a pretty ridiculous question?
Don't leave Miami until you feel you have felt the experience of Miami.

Go to places you have never been to. Like street markets. go to where you wouldn't dare to go but of course be safe.This is a pretty ridiculous question?
are you into nature? if so ride your bike from coconut grove onto old culter road (beautiful) and into fair child tropical gardens, matheson park (check out the mangroves) visit everglades, florida keys, roller blade the venetian causeway, walk on south beach at around 5 and head over to fountainblue through the boardwalk and catch the sunset i love walking on the boardwalk. miami is not liked by people that dont know how to appreciate it, if you live in kendall, hialeah, north miami etc i pity you but i live in a beautiful area and i have visited California and i love it here you just have to know where to look. My friend lives near UM by the gables by the sea and it is breath taking around there and the people are very nice. if you go to LA and live in the hispanic area it is even worse than our hialeah but of course people will dish miami because of their own issues, it is not a bad city and i am quite proud of itThis is a pretty ridiculous question?

Play Beach Volleyball

Go to Coconut Grove

Watch A Movie

Go to the Opera House in Downtown

Go to Bayside

Go to Calle Ocho (8th street)
