What do I love about Miami?



ANSWER: Miami has a very good choice of restaurants, though they are mostly Latin. Obviously, being dominated by Cubans and other Latin groups, Miami will not disappoint in terms of food. It has also good, tropical-like beaches.



What do you not love about Miami?



ANSWER: Not much variety. It is not a family-oriented city. No theme parks, not even waterparks. Almost everything is adult-oriented. People in Miami do not seem happy. Everytime I go to a restaurant most people seem bitter and unhappy. Too much competition. Flat beyond description. No mountains, no hills, a big flat city surrounded by a swamp and the ocean. Traffic is horrid almost all the time. Its airport sucks big time. Not a good place if you expect people to speak English to you.



What kind of people live in Miami?



ANSWER: Extremely rich or poor. Third-world like. The rich look beyond their shoulders, the poor can be extremely poor and unhappy. Most people I've known or talked too are very rude. Rudest area in Florida, even though some people say Tampa or the panhandle.



What are some great sites to see and places to be in Miami?



ANSWER: Of all suburbs and areas, I'd only pick the Biscayne area and Miami Beach. The Calle 8 area is nice but it's 100% Latin no English there. Everything else around is not really worth the time. Miami is that place you can be in two days and go back home. There is not much to do in Miami if you want variety or you have kids- pick Orlando or Tampa Bay better.What do you LOVE about Miami Florida?
the above answered it perfectly. miami is a city for adults to come and party then leave. from many people i talked to who recently moved here they dont like it. as for the ones who was raised here, we cant leave cause its a different cuture growing up here than any city in the u.s. and its hard to fit in with english society (my opinion) ...but the above answer is dead on with all the answersWhat do you LOVE about Miami Florida?
