This is such a general question that it's not even funny. Are all major cities in the US the same in every neighborhood? Of course not. Miami is no exception. It has good neighborhoods and bad ones, like any other city. Weather is hot and humid, crime and bad neighborhoods go together, and traffic during rush hours is bad. Also, you'd need a car to get around because public transportation sucks. South Beach is a place that a lot of people go to on weekends, since it has a lot of clubs and bars.Miami. Miami Florida is an amazing place to live. I was born in Hialeah Florida and lived there for 11 years then moved to Pembroke Pines area. If you are looking into moving here you should look around the Pembroke Pines/Miramar area. This is a really nice area to live in. It is NOT ghetto AT ALL. Well there are a lot of things to do around here and Miami Beach areas that are near by. You always have the beach and many many restaurants and places to visit. I love where I live and I travel A LOT and I'm yet to find a place better than home. I've been all over the United States and Europe. This is the BEST place to be. The weather is always nice and you're skin will look amazing lol every time I leave Miami my skin dries up and when I'm home it's beautiful. I'm telling you, you'll LOVE it!!!

NOOOO. Very very very Ghetto. Crime is bad, very crowded. Weather is good, and there are things to do, but its not worth it. Unless your filthy rich, you will be living in a bad neighborhood.
