Things to do/Places to go in South Beach Miami?

A few friends and I are big partiers and are going to south beach miami in a week. Its our first time there and we are curious to know what are the "must go must see" places, clubs, attractions etc... Also, with the way the weather has been, it seems like temps are in the 90s and there is light rain, still worth going ? Thanks for all the responses.Things to do/Places to go in South Beach Miami?
= See Manatees in the Wild -- You are most likely to see wild manatees from the shore and along the harbors, canals, and intracoastal. One good place is in Coral Gables at the intersection of Old Cutler, Sunset, and Douglas Road. Other good locations are: Black Point Marina, Oleta Park, and Dante Fascell Visitor Center.

Experience Backcounty Flats Fishing -- Serious anglers should not miss the chance to go fly fishing and light tackle fishing in Biscayne Bay and the Florida Keys. If you're busy during the day, try night tarpon fishing at secret spots in Downtown Miami.

Charter a Deep Sea Fishing Trip -- There are 4 marinas in Miami where you can find a private fishing charter: Crandon Park, Haulover Park, Bayside Marketplace, and Miami Beach Marina. Deep sea fishing charters cost $500 to $600 for a half day, and they provide everything you need to fish. Got that? Flats and deep sea fishing requires a captain with a boat, so you need to get a charter to take you.Things to do/Places to go in South Beach Miami?

South Beach is widely known for its spectacular nightlife and fine dining. It鈥檚 home to hundreds of nightclubs and restaurants. For first-time visitors to South Beach, Miami, there鈥檙e plenty of interesting things to do and fun places to go for a one-week vacation.

the weather says rain DAILY for about 4 mo here. this usually means it will rain for about an hr then the sun will come out. its been around 90 but the breeze off the ocean helps w the humidity. Yes still worth going. coming to SoBe in the summer means u avoid the spring break crowded rush and price gouging w flights and hotels and other things.

u can find the address to these w google. i recommend to check out (all on south beach )

south pointe park ( great sunrise there on the rocks)
holocost memorial ( free)
wolfenstein museum ( free fridays after 6pm)
B %26amp; B ( burgers and beer joint) best burgers in town
Doraku or Moshi Moshi ( best sushi in town but $) u want cheaper good sushi, the hawaiian roll at the publix grocery store on dade is great, also their subs ROCK
best dive bar: deuce
wet willies on ocean drive is a must, go upstairs for killer selection of *** kicking strong frozen drinks
mangos on ocean drive fun bar
watch the sunset on the bay on purdy ave
walk the strips ( they are)
lincoln rd between alton and washington ave
ocean drive (15th to 7th ave)
collins ave (lincoln ave to 5th ave)
washington ave (lincon ave to 8th ave)
clay hotel, decent price, great location
cheapest drinks for pre-gaming at the hotel ( cheap vodka and those huge *** cans of watermelon Arizona drink) so cheap yet so yummy :P

drink prices can run $5 to $50 for ONE drink so be sure you ASK first how much a drink costs ( if u are not rich) also most restaurants and some bars have 18% AUTO added to the bill so be aware of that. Also some bars require a $50 minimum or 5 drink minimum to use ur credit card so ask first and SOME like wet willies and deuce dont accept anything but cash, so make sure u have cash on you. A lot of stores only take cash too. annoying but true.

scooter rentals are fun but be veryyyy careful, people drive like jerks down here and make sure u mark off any little scratch on ur rental on the paperwork so they dont try to say u did it

be safe, enjoy

those are the must sees in my opinion
