Anyone know how easy it is to book/plan excursions in south beach, miami?

i want to do fun things like snorkel and parasail in miami when i go this weekend..is it better to book online or are there are a lot of companies that advertise and its just better to book once i'm there? i have had a hard time finding good sites with this type of thing. will there be a lot of resources once i'm there?Anyone know how easy it is to book/plan excursions in south beach, miami?
Hi, will you have a car in Miami? If you do, the closest snorkel trips will be in Isla Morada which is located 70 miles South in the Florida Keys.



If you don't have a car and need transportation and a snorkel trip, the closest place is Key West.



Parasailing can be found with vendors right on the Beach in South Beach.



Miami does have some nice City tours and boat trips that are afortable and don't take up the whole day.



As for as booking in advance, you will save money if you do.



Miami is also notorious for having poor customer service. Many people like to have the piece-of-mind knowing they have a reservation.

You should have no problem waiting and shopping around once you get here. It's off season so times should be open and not overbooked, and of course every hotel will have tours and excursions to offer with off season deals. Also pick up those travel magazines at the airport, there will be a large variety of companies and deals in there.
