Did i react harshly to this girl?

I took this chick out to dinner that i really liked and it was a nice place, right on South Beach in miami, things kind of went down hill first she almost started crying when she looked at the menu because she thought dolphin, mahi mahi, was actually real dolphin and the waitress had to explain for 15 minutes that THAT THEY DONT SERVE F*****N BOTTLE NOSED DOLPHIN. than she started texting at the table, here i am wanting to talk and get to know her and shes f****n texting! that pushed me over the edge i snatched her iphone and dropped it in a glass of water. than i left. after that i had 6 of friends calling me an dick and that theyre never talking to me again and so forth.....was i out of line?....should i apologize?Did i react harshly to this girl?
You were definitely out of the line.

Destroying one's personal property is a line you don't cross.. If you didn't like it, tell her you are disappointed. She may have had an urgent reason.. or she may have poor gadget etiquette. It is quite common to have poor gadget etiquette, so it is not the end of the world. If you guys don't reach a consensus, get up and leave.

Don't make a fool out of yourself.

You owe her an apology and a replacement of a phone. She owes you an apology for poor conduct. If you guys are interested in each other enough, you can still work it out. If not, then by all means, forget what happened... and stay clear of individuals that possess your pet peeves.Did i react harshly to this girl?
ha i remember one time my boyfriend and i were driving in his truck on the highway, and he was rude to me and pissed me off reallly bad!

my anger got the best of me and there i go snapping in half some Armani Exchange sunglasses i bought for him the day before, and tossing them out the window.

long story short that will teach her to cut the rudeness on dates!!!!!!!!Did i react harshly to this girl?
Yes you did.

I would have been pissed off too in that situation, but you could have handled yourself better.
I think you should apologise though for the way you reacted.Did i react harshly to this girl?
..
Coming from a girl, you probably wouldn't want to hear this.

Welcome to the 21st century, we among many other humans

love our electronics.

Maybe shes environmental? You wanted to get to know her.. there's one

big thing. She loves animals. Wouldn't want to harm/eat them?

As for her cell phone - it's terrible manners at a table, that's greatly

understood. But to let you're anger and impatience get the best of you,

and drop an expensive phone into a glass of water?

That was pushing it, when you could have kindly asked her to put it away.

Explain your reasoning, blah blah blah.

Either way, that'd night could've ended better..
