My boyfriend and I will be in Miami the day before and the day after our cruise in June. For people on a budget, what are some fun things to do in Miami that aren't too expensive? We are staying near Port of Miami/Miami Beach.Cheap/free things to do in Miami?
Go to South Beach, the most famous place in the Miami area, walk around, look at all the gorgeous people and chic hotels. Walk around Lincoln Road too in South Beach and look at the chic stores and clubs. It really has turned into America's riviera, there are many cool places to eat lunch and dinner at.
If you want a Second Destination go to Coconut Grove in Miami and look around the stores and shops, it is very nice.
You can go to Calle Ocho, or 8th Street (little Havana) to see the heart of Cuban culture in the United States, and eat at one of the great restaurants. Cuban food is delicious
If you want to see a gorgeous old mansion that is now a gardens and museum (but it has an admission fee) visit the Vizaya near Coconut Grove.Cheap/free things to do in Miami?
